XTRA supports Action for Aids Singapore donation drive. From Dec 2012 till Feb 2013, 20% of the Herman Miller SAYL chair sale proceeds  will be channeled to Action for Aids assisting the community to fund life saving anti HIV medications and their prevention efforts.

Inspired by the principles of suspension bridges, the frameless back of the SAYL chair is composed by stretching a flexible elastomer suspension material over a Y Tower. The flexible elastomer suspension material could be stretched in a way that provided the greatest tension at points where support is needed and the least in areas that would allow for the most expansive range of motion while the keeping you cool.
